We want to be sure you're as happy with your Thunderbox™ as we are. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within six months of purchase. This guarantee doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Limited Warranty

Your Thunderbox™ is warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for five years. If your Thunderbox™ fails due to manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Other Warranty Limitations And Exclusions:

This warranty is only available in the United States. This warranty does not cover problems that result from abuse, accident or misuse. It does not cover uses not in accordance with product use as an outdoor portable toilet. It does not cover commercial use of the product. Klose Encounters Inc. is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of warranty or condition such as scratches in a floor surface or lost or destroyed personal property.

Returning Items

Please contact the Klose Encounters Inc. customer service team at 1-775-885-2796 or sales@thunderboxusa.com to approve your return. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to include inside the box with your return(s). All shipping under warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Klose Encounters Inc. will not be liable for lost in-bound packages. Proof of purchase or Warranty Registration is required. Please retain all product packaging and tags until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Please return all product packaging and tags with your item. Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannnot be adequately cleaned.
